Q:

Does the ECP works on the day after ovulation?

I took the pill the day after my ovulation day because on my ovulation day I was doing sexual stuff with my boyfriend (we did not have sex) but some of his ejaculation still fell very near my vagina (approximately around the outer labia). Would the pill I took (Postinor 1) still be able to prevent pregnancy even if taken the day after ovulation? What are the chances of pregnancy in the situation described, taking into consideration that I took the pill?

Thank you for your answer. But I think there was a missunderstanding. I did sexual stuff the day on my ovulation day (feb 20). That is why I took the pill a day after (21). My question is: the ECP still works if I take it the day afterr ovulation? Is the pill still able to prevent pregnancy, if the sexual stuff happened on my ovulation day?
