Guide

Hello Anonymous,

Postinor is effective in preventing pregnancy if taken within 72 hours of unprotected sexual intercourse.

The way to know if the pill was effective is with vaginal bleeding. If your girlfriend does not have vaginal bleeding within three weeks of taking the pill, she needs to take a home pregnancy test.
For the most accurate result, she must test in the morning and use the first urine of the day.

Regards,
Maryann
