Dry Humping could ever get you pregnant?

Hi I've been wondering if dry humping could get you pregnant? I read previous articles that it doesnt but I wanted to make sure that I am not pregnant. My boyfriend and I were both 19 and we made out until we were already doing a dry hump. I am wearing jeans and panties and my boyfriend is wearing his briefs, boxershorts and basketball shorts. At first it was just like his penis is on the top of my vagina then a moment after I felt that he is rubbing near my clitoris. We had done it for 2 mins and stopped immediately and no penetration happened. The thing is my boyfriend checked his underwear afterwards and found that he has tiny wet drips on his brief and could be from pre-cum but he did not ejaculate completely. We were both paranoid so we checked on the rhythm calendar and found out that I was on my 11th day of ovulation so meaning I am fertile at the moment. So I was wondering if even though im on my 11th day and my boyfriend only had tiny drips on his underwear could it be possible that the semen seeped through 4 layers of clothing? Should I take EC's soon for my 120 hours would be finished on the wednesday and its already monday so I have still 2 days to decide so please I need your advice and help on this matter.
