Early pregnancy or ovarian cyst??

My name is Jessica, My husband and I have been trying for another baby for 2 years now. Well I had Laparoscopic surgery exactly a month ago ( July 15th) they did not find endometriosis, but they did find scar tissue that had literally started growing on my tubes and club them off so they cut the scar tissue off my tubes and now my tubes are open and they also cleaned me out with dye. I went to my week follow up and doctor gave us the okay to start trying again my husband and I have done the deed just about everyday since. So I was late 10 days for my period ( first period after the surgery) this month August but not surprised because I know that my periods may not be on time for the first few months after the surgery, well I decided to take a pregnancy test yesterday just in case and it came back negative, well yesterday I started having sore to the touch on my right ovary to where my entire right side has swollen up. This morning when I woke up I started bleeding so of course I am assuming this is my period finally but I am not bleeding as heavily as I usually do, Its not even enough to wear a tampon. When I went to my follow up appointment doctor advise me I was high risk for a tubal pregnancy because the scar tissue had damaged my tubes. So my question is should I be alarmed by this? Has anyone else been somthing similar?? I am cramping so bad I barley move and most the pain is on my right side...any advise is greatly appreciate!

Haven't had a period since 5/19. Spotting 6/4-6/5 and since then very mild cramping in lower abdomen and haven't taking a hpt cause don't want to be dissapointed. Pregnant or Cyst?

I have been on 150mg of clomid for three months now. I know I ovulated, but my period is now 3 weeks late. I have had two negative hpt's. My cervix is very, very high and soft and it feels closed. My nipples are very sensitive. I get slight nausia on-and-off all day long. I do however have PCOS and I am also overweight. My symptoms are equal to both early pregnancy as well as a cyst. How can I tell? The pregnancy tests were negative, but the cervix is confusing.

I feel crazy asking but i have been having cysts almost every month for a while now and i also have 3 children but now since ive been having cyst i can no longer tell the difference between pregnancy anda cyst except i think cysts comewith pain but this month i have no pain and ive completely missed my period and having frequent urination no tender orsore breasts ivebeen feelinga bit feverish lil to no nausea, has anyone else experienced these symtoms and had a cyst or pregnant

I have had a history of ovarian cysts in the past I have missed period and four positive pregnancy tests sore tender breasts but I have lots of cramping the last few days and I am wondering could it be a cyst not pregnancy even with four positives ?

Hi I'm 20 yrs old. A week ago my "period" came but it was early and it only lasted two and a half days. The cramps weren't painful like my usual cramps and the bleeding was extremely light, like not enough to fill a pad. Two days later I experienced bloating and it seems like it may be slowly getting bigger. Ever since I had that "period" I've been feeling a little dizzy non stop 24/7 and very sleepy. I have also been pretty hungry too. I've had no pain just little tiny twinges in my abdomen. I took a home pregnancy test after a week and it said negative. I'm worried I have cysts. I want to get checked out but we can't afford more medical bills. Also if I may add I did have a miscarriage 5 months ago. Any advice, I'm really scared...

I feel very bad pain in my lower back before my periods (on 6-jan 2016 and onwards). I also feel nausea every time i eat anything, bloated and gasy. Sometimes the pain in back is so bad that it goes to thighs. My LMD was 12 of the month for the last four months. But this month i didnt get my period. After 3 days (on 15-jan 2016) i took a pregnancy test which was -ive. Then on 17 i noticed dark brown spotting which is continuous till today means (on 20-jan 2016). Plz help me out if i m preg or hv ovarian cyst

Today 20th jan, i went for an ultrasound that shows i m not pregnant instead i have tiny follicles in my ovaries...so the GP suggested me duphastone tablets for 5 days and nights. Means i hv PCO :(

I'll preface this whole thing with the fact that my periods have ALWAYS been very regular and alike as far as symptoms, length and heaviness go. (just about 7 days, starting very heavy and lightening towards the end, with very harsh cramps the first day or two)
Okay, so I had sex last on November 22. it was due December 8th, but didn't get it til the 12th, it only lasted 3 days and it was so light that i didnt need a tampon at all.
so now it's january, and again.. my period was late, but now i'm 12 days late! i'm not having any vomitting but i have waves of nausea and I feel very bloated and uncomfortable. I've taken two HPT's but they were both negative. I have had some mild cramping but it's usually on one side or the other which is not normal for me, and it's more like someone is poking me versus actual pain. I also feel like i get short of breath easier than normal.
a friend mentioned a cyst and now i'm terrified of that. but i'm also wondering if i'm pregnant!
any help would be fantastic!!
