ask: ectopic pregnancy or..?

So I'm 19 years old, my partner and I had unprotected sex 11 days before my period. My period was 2 days late, however I started bleeding on the 3rd day thinking I got my period but this period has been light( I have a heavy period with clots) this had almost no clots and was brown and some redish pink. I have been having pains in one ovary. And I am worried now because I have been having some nasusa and light-headed feelings on and off. I would like to be pregnant if I have the chance. I'm young so its not ideal but I'll love the child all the same. I'm just worried I will not get the full chance if this is ectopic. My sister just had a miscarriage a few months ago and I'm worried we will have another loss.

Some body please help me in this or have something similar and end up having a healthy pregnancy?
Thanks all and god bless.

I can appreciate your concern about having a normal pregnancy, especially because of your sister's recent miscarriage.

Lower abdominal pain or pelvic pain, mild cramping on one side of the pelvis, nausea, abnormal vaginal bleeding, breast tenderness, low back pain and a missed period are all symptoms of an ectopic pregnancy.

You have at least 2 of these symptoms and need to call your doctor. Your doctor will do a pelvic exam, a pregnancy test, which measures the hormone called hCG that is produced during pregnancy, and a transvaginal ultrasound, along with other blood tests.

Please do not wait to be examined. If this is an ectopic pregnancy, there is the risk of rupture. You will need emergency medical attention if the area of the ectopic pregnancy breaks open or ruptures.

Thank you, I will make an appointment this week. What do you think the chances of me being pregnant and having a normal pregnancy based on my symptoms could be?

I am not qualified to say what your chances of being pregnant or having a normal pregnancy are. It would be unethical of me to guess. Your physician can best advise you.
