Exercises for bilateral spondylolysis and grade 1 anterolistheses of L5 on S1

Just dx with the condition, wanting to know if there are any exercises for this condition until I can get in to see a Doctor for this Condition? I also wondering if this could cause severe pain in my foot reminding me of when I had a heel spur?

Spondylolysis is a breakdown or fracture of the narrow bridge between the upper and lower facets, called the pars interarticularis.

If you are experiencing symptoms, restrictions with exercise is recommended.
