Feeling movements in my belly, am I pregnant?

Hi, I've had 5 neg urinre test, 2 of which were performed at a doctors clinic and a transabdominal Ultrasound at possibly 11 weeks which also came out as normal (negative). So I stoped thinking about pregnancy but lately I've been feeling movements inside my belly and my belly is also growing. I'm not sure if it's fetus or gas. And these negative tests should mean that I'm not pregnant, but I read that some women never get a positive on a urine test and that a transabdominal sometimes can be too early to see a baby. Would an abdominal pelvic ultrasound have missed a pregnancy by any chance at 11 weeks?
Thank you
