This is strong medication which can affect your girlfriend's cycle. It's not to be used as birth control, which is what you seem to be doing. My advice is to use condoms from now on if pregnancy is a concern. Your girlfriend will know Postinor 2 has worked once she has vaginal bleeding and/or her next period. If she is concerned, she should contact her doctor.
