Had unprotected sex while on combination birth control for 19 days?

I had unprotected sex yesterday, right after taking my birth control at the scheduled time. I've been taking my pills everyday, but the problem is that I don't necessarily take them at the scheduled time I have on my phone. I tend to take them 3-5 hours later but I still take them. I have never missed a day.

Is there any risk of pregnancy whatsoever and is it necessary to take Plan B since I had unprotected sex without being on birth control for a month at least? I was on these pills before and decided to take a break since I was not sexually active at the time anymore. I was with a different partner at the time and had unprotected sex three or four times, never resulting in a pregnancy. My body feels different this time, maybe due to the fact that I'm with a different partner? (We have been tested for STDs and are clean as well.)

My last period was on March 21st and my expected period should be sometime between April 27th - May 3rd. If still going by my last cycle, I had sex on a non-fertile day so I should be safe. I also tend to stress myself out the day after unprotected sex, waking up with a cramp on the right side of my abdomen which slowly goes away after a few hours. I'd just appreciate some advice.
