Haven't had period?

I haven't had my period for 3 months now, and I am most DEFINITELY NOT sexually active. At all. I usually get it once a month, but it hasn't come. Sometimes, like right now, I have bad pain similar to cramps in my lower abdomen, especially after eating. I don't know what's going on, please help.

Welcome to EmpowHER. Depending on your age, many conditions can cause changes. From ovarian cysts, endometriosis, hormonal imbalances, menopause and many other. Hope this was helpful?
