hello, well i spotted in Wednesday a week before my m/c on Thursday was heavy bleeding with cloths (normal cramping) by friday the same but lighter, any idea what it means ?

Many things can cause spotting before or after a period.  Even things as simple as stress, too little sleep, or hormone imbalances can cause it.  There is usually no need for alarm unless is it accompanied by extreme pain, cramping, fever, or another severe symptoms.

If the spotting does continue to occur before or after your period, talk to your doctor.
