There could be many reasons for a missed period that do not include pregnancy. If you are 5'4" and 120 lbs., that is actually a normal height and weight.

If you are spotting (that "brown stuff"), that is actually a good sign that your period is about to begin. Your period can change from cycle-to-cycle: it can be heavier or lighter; color can change including brown, red or pink; and it can be longer or shorter in duration.

Woman can miss a period due to sudden weight gain/loss, recently being sick, new medication, excessive stress, underlying medical condition or some "unknown" factors. Normal cycle length is 21-35 days ("day 1" is counted as the first day of bleeding).

When are you expecting your next period?
When was your last menstrual period?
(I'm asking, as it may seem like two months have passed, but if you had a period at the end of April for instance, and this is beginning of June, it may just be a long cycle, although you technically have not had a period for May and June).
