hi....I had unprotected sex from 1-5 April...but I got periods on 6 April...and again on 7 May..and on 9 June...I never had sex after April 6

Tender breast is typically a sign of your menstrual cycle coming. It is however, on the list of early sign/symptoms that women experience when they first become pregnant. But if you have had you menstrual cycle several times since the last time you were sexually active, then pregnancy is unlikely.

The most common cause of tender breast is change in hormones that comes along with your period.
