hi!My age is 30.i got period on 27 and i have bleeding on my 13 day.doctor suggested me to intercourse on this days that is from 13-19 day.so what should i do? can we have sex during periods?and also she gave some tablets to stop bleeding for 2 days.

Yes, it is okay to have sexual intercourse while you are having your period. There is no risk of conceiving. It is really a matter of personal preference. Some people don't mind while others may not like it.

Anonymous, why did your doctor suggest having intercourse on those particular days? Does she think it will stop your prolonged period?

What is the name of the tablets? Do you know what they contain? Did your doctor tell you what she thinks the reason is for your prolonged period?
