How long after removing a implant does your period comes back

I had in my implant for 4 years its the sino implant i removed it feb 10 2018 on the 10 of march i saw blood but in the night when i checked i saw nothing what could be wrong

Your period can be delayed due to the hormonal changes. Generally speaking, unless you start another hormonal birth control method after removing the implant, your period will go back to the way it was before you got the implant. I would advise speaking to your doctor about what to expect after removal specific to the implant you had.
