I'm not sure what you are asking (exactly). But I can provide some general information for you I think will be helpful.

Staying active is one of the most important things to do to manage the symptoms of lumbar spinal stenosis. The main goal to find exercises that you'll actually do and will be enjoyable, and will also not exacerbate or bring on the symptoms of stenosis.
