one thing i was told by my doctor is stress can cause your body to make your periods heavier and more frequent for some women yet less often for others. Are you under any kind of really stressful situations? If so try findind a way to relax and if at all possible gettting away from what is causing the stress. If this cintinues to be a pattern you really should talk to your OBGYN doctor.

Thank you for your input Stacy. Stress can absolutely affect your period. The same goes for Hormones and exercising more than your body can tolerate.

Hi Anon,
Did you take any medications? Could you be going through perimenopause? Do you usually have irregular periods?
If you can provide us with more information we may be able to help you understand why you are experiencing another period.
Best,
Rosa
