Welcome to EmpowHER. If your fallopian tubes were both removed, conceiving naturally is not possible. Fallopian tubes are needed, in order for the egg to travel down to the uterus. Where fertilization can occur. IVF, is what most experts suggest, after the removal of the tubes.
