I had my tubes cut over 4 years ago and have the IUD put in and since removed and now 2 weeks late could I be prego.

I did have the IUD removed to symptoms that it was giving me and had my period a week before having it removed and once removed started spotting and since then I was suppose to have it 2 week ago. and still nothing I have the sore breast, nausea and dizzy spells. not sure if I should take a test or not.

I had my tubes cut then the iud to balance Out my harmones because a requiring citas on my right overy... My mentsral where always on time never late always on time even with the iud in place... So now it has stop b has yet to return n it has been almost 7 weeks since my last period

If you have had your tubes cut and burned, (tubal ligation) they are 99.5% effective as birth control.   

 IUDs are one of the most effective forms of birth control available. Less than 1 out of 100 women will get pregnant each year. IUDs release hormones which is likely the reason you are experiencing irregular menstrual cycle and other menstrual type symptoms.
