Broken condoms no longer inhibit pregnancy, and an irregular or missed period are big signs of conception. Therefore, I would say, yes, there is a very big chance that you are pregnant.
The best way of knowing however, is to take a pregnancy test. The best time to take a test is a week after your missed your irregular period. In other words, wait another week, and then take a pregnancy test. This will be the only way for you to know for sure in the beginning stages of pregnancy.
