Got my period the next day for that month. Next month i was expecting my periods 10 days before but still no sign of it. I feel cramps on my stomach. Please let me know what can be the case.

Welcome to EmpowHER. Getting your period the day following intercourse was proof that you did not become pregnant.
Are your periods regular? Did you have unprotected sex since your last period?
The menstrual cycle is regulated by a precise balance of hormones. Any upset from stress or travel for example, can cause a change.
