Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER and thanks for your question. Many things can cause changes to a woman's cycle.  Stress, medications, hormonal changes, pregnancy, depending on your age a missed period is one of the first symptoms of perimenopause and many other.  Not all cycles will be the same every month.  You need to keep monitoring your days and if you experience a missed period.  You might want to see your OBGYN and explain the changes. Hope this was helpful?

Best,

Daisy
