Hi Anon

Thanks for your post!

You need to focus on fresh foods, not anything out of a packet or a box. Eat fresh fruit and vegetables every day and don't use fatty dips like ranch dressing. Hummus is a better option. Stick to lean meats and grill everything , don't use the frying pan! Cook with coconut or olive oil.

Eat breakfast every morning and make it healthy. A high fiber/low sugar cereal for example, with a chopped banana. Salad and lean chicken for lunch - grilled fish and veg for dinner. If you drink pop then stop, and stick to water. Drink club soda with fresh lime, it's delicious and gives you the fizz you like. A good guide for eating is that your meal should be double digits in protein (10 or more grams) and single digits sugar (9 or fewer grams).

Exercise -walking is an easy way to start. You may need to talk to a nutritionist who is experienced in hormone deficiencies to help you along your way.
