ask: I have partial acl,lcl tear should i go for surgery? Actly im from india where acl surgery is not common to all so most people avoid to do surgery so im very confuse and nervous please help....

Unfortunately we cannot tell you if knee surgery is right for you. That will depend on the severity of your situation, your general health, and as you said - the availablity of this surgery in the first place.

I assume you are working with a orthopedic doctor? If not, you need a referral to one - he or she can work with your to schedule surgery if that's what you need. You can ask your regular doctor for information about this if you are not seeing an orthopedic doctor and refer you to an orthopedic doctor/surgeon.

I'm sorry we cannot be of more help; you need a specialist.
