Hi Anonymous and thanks for bringing your concerns to EmpowHER.

There are many different causes of breast pain. One common one is wearing a bra that's the wrong size. Some women have a sensitivity to caffeine that results in breast pain. Sometimes there's an underlying medical condition that's causing the pain.Sometimes the symptoms are hormonal and related to changes in the menstrual cycle.

You can find more information about the various causes in this section of the website. Be sure to review the information topics on the left side of the page.

It would be in your best interests to schedule an appointment with your healthcare provider  who can evaluate your symptoms in light of your medical history and perform a physical exam.

Hope that helps and you will let us know what you learn.

Best,

Pam
