Postinor 2, like all emergency contraceptives, is intended to be used only in an emergency situation. It is not designed to be used a regular birth control.
You should never take it more than once in one menstrual cycle and not in consecutive months.
Over use or misuse can actually make it less effective.
If you do not have bleeding within three weeks of taking the last pill, test for pregnancy.
In the meantime, I urge you to call and speak with your gynecologist about this.
