I missed my period for 2 months and I have never missed or even late

I am 26 and I have my tubes tied 2 years ago and I have never missed a period and I usually go thru alot of painful cramps before I get it and during my period.so for some reason it's been 2 months and I have not gotten it and I have been thru horrible mood swings and eating more and very tired. I went to my doctor and took a pregnancy test came back negative. So they thought it was a UTI (which it wasn't BTW) and I just got my period today we'll sort of it's very pink aNd really light ! What do you think is wrong cuase I'm worried?!?!?
