Me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex about 2 weeks ago but he pulled it out after like 3 thrusts. Can pre-cm get you pregnant ? I was supposed to have my period 10 days ago and its still haven't came, I'm very nervous. Also, I did some research and apparently change of routine, over exercising and stress can delay your period and I didn't start dancing for almost 2-4 hours everyday until the end of July plus I am also stressed because of my upcoming test. I was also so anxious and stressed because I keep thinking I'm pregnant. I'm assuming these are the reasons why I missed period but I am also nervous that I might be pregnant. Please help.

Pre ejaculate fluid itself does not contain sperm. If your boyfriend had a recent ejaculation, sperm was in his urethra. This is the tube that urine and sperm pass through. Once he urinated, any sperm was flushed out and no risk.
If you do not get your period in the next few days, take a home pregnancy test.
Stress and an increase in physical exercise can cause a delay. Seeing the test result might put your mind at ease.
