Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER. Many things can cause a woman to have changes to her cycle. Stress, medication, thyroid, pregnancy, menopause, ovarian cyst, endometriosis and many other. It's important to keep monitoring your cycles and let your doctor know if you do continue experiencing these changes.

Best,

Daisy
