I took the plan b pill and got my period the day after can there still be the possibility that i may be pregnant?

No. Plan B was effective, you had a period and you are not pregnant.
Anonymous, depending upon where you were in your menstrual cycle, Plan B works by preventing or delaying ovulation, or interfering with fertilization of an egg.
It may prevent implantation of a fertilized egg in the uterus by altering its lining.
Vaginal bleeding indicates you are shedding the lining of the uterus and there is no pregnancy.
