Hi Anon Thanks for your post and congratulations on your pregnancy!
It's not uncommon for some women to find the are HPV+ when pregnant as they usually get a pap test. Your baby should be absolutely fine - the only possible issue would be that you could have a break out of genital warts in pregnancy (depending on what strain you have) and if they are there at birth, a c-section might be needed. Breakouts can happen when a woman's immune system is low which is the case when she is pregnant but you may not even have the strain that causes warts - you can check with your doctor. Take exercise, eat well and take your pre-natal vitamins and all should be well.
Ask your doctor about any concerns, but there really shouldn't be any. Take good care of your own health with pap tests for now (most women don't have an issue with HPV but it does cause cervical cancer) and have a happy and healthy 9 months! Susan
