Percentages can be difficult to pinpoint but the answer is no. It doesn't make a difference if you take Plan B immediately after sex, it's the first 24 hours that matters. If you have Plan B ready to go it means a person is using it as birth control which is not it's purpose, it's for emergencies. It carries too many side effects to be used as birth control. The science puts emergency contraception at somewhere between 90-95% effective when taken within the first 24 hours. It's the regular birth control pill that's 99% effective.
