I've been getting my period for almost ten years and I have never been good at keep track because it came on so randomly. But it hasn't come on at all and it worries me at first I thought it was a yeast infection but I don't have symptoms. But sometimes when I wipe its white milky stuff and when I looked it up online it sad that it was something that happened before your period, that wasn't the first time it happened but I didn't know it happen before my period. But I still haven't got it. Is there something I can do to bring it on? Or a way to figure out whats wrong? I can't go to my sisters they're all younger than me and my mom is mom and it would be nerve wrecking to tell her and get her all worked up before I even know for sure whats wrong or I'm not overreacting. I'm not the skinniest person but I'm not obese either. This has never happened before. Please help.

Hi I'm 21. I've never had any vaginal sex. No direct contact with my guy. But we've just made out a lot. Im worried that my alcohol consumption has been a little larger than usual along with a bit of smoking. Ive missed my period. Its 60 days late. I have no clue on what's going on..

That us a long time. Consider scheduling an appointment with either a gynecologist or your primary care physician. Because the menstrual cycle is regulated by a precise balance of hormones, there may be a hormonal imbalance at play. Not sure that increased drinking and smoking could be factors.

Hi, I'm 16 and my period is 10 days late. My periods are known to be kind of irregular but not this much, I've never had sex but my boyfriend and I have done oral before, i don't have any symptoms of pregnancy but I'm really worried.

No need to worry. If you have not had unprotected vaginal sex, there is no way you could be pregnant.

Hi I'm 18 and not sexual active. I used my moms sex toy once and ever since I haven't had my period yet. I'm also taking birth control but irregularly. It's been approx. one month since my last period. Should I be worried???

I think taking your birth control pills irregularly could be the reason you have missed your period for one month. Please speak with your gynecologist. You should be taking a pill at the same time every day to prevent pregnancy and keep your menstrual cycle regular, especially if you have a history of irregular periods.

How long have you been getting your period?
In the beginning of menstruation, it can take your body a while to adjust to the changes in hormone levels. This can cause you to be late or even miss one month.
Have you been sexually active since your last period? If you did have unprotected sex, pregnancy is possible.
Otherwise, just try to relax. If you don't get a period this month of September, ask a parent to schedule an appointment with your pediatrician, just to check things out:)

Hi, i'm 10 days late on my period. I'm still having cramps but no sign of blood yet. 2 weeks ago i travelled to america from england (a total of 9 hours on the airplane) and in america the time changes with 5 hours behind UK time. But also i've had sex with my boyfriend last saturday with a condom. I'm really stressed because i don't want to be pregnant. But could the travelling explain the whole delay of my period ?
