ask: im 25, and i feel like i have a lump in my throat, its a little hard to swallow and my throat is dry, i dont smoke or drink or do drugs what wrong with me?

Thank you for your question and welcome to Empowher. You raise an interesting question although I think you should see your doctor so they can examine the area. To take a guess as to why you are feeling this way would be hard for us to do. Perhaps it could be something as simple as a sore throat or tonsilitis. Do yourself a favor and have it checked out.
