I was on BC till December 10th, I've had unprotected sex since then. I still have not received a period so I don't even know when its supposed to come. But, I am having cramps and a heavy, full feeling in my uterus. It duets if I sit down to fast or get up to fast. If I stretch out and all that. What are your opinions on this?

Hi  kwblair,

Welcome to EmpowHER. After stopping a birth control pill, it might take a few weeks for your body to continue a regular cycle. If you had unprotected sex, you might be pregnant.  You might want to take a home pregnancy test or see your doctor to know the real cause of your delay and symptoms.

Best,

Daisy
