Sometimes like every month or year I get like this earge to pee really bad but I don't and even worse sometimes I wake up with a thriving, stabbing, moving pain in the morning.when that happens its ussauly on my lower left side and moves to the right down.I have to sit weird because of that like bending over to that side or pushing down in that area ,I can't even stand up when it happens.oh and 4 years ago I had to be taken to the docter to get pressed on but he never said what I had wrong with me.

Hello, and thank you for sharing your question with the community. I'd love to give you some information on the subject.

I first want to ask if you even have trouble with bowel movements?  The area on your body that you decide is the route of your intestines when going through the final stages of digestion.  Sometimes when waste is struggling to pass between the small and large intestine you can feel it moving down until the pain is relieved after the waste passes the toughest place.

Women can get their period as late as 18 years old, so I do not think that this pain is related to menstrual health.  I suggest that you explore the possibility of it being a digestion issue instead.  One of the best, and most natural things that help with digestion are taking digestive enzymes.  The best source out there is PuraDyme.  They sell what is call LiyfZyme which are plant based digestive enzymes.

Enzymes are found naturally in plant based foods, but often our food is very low in these essential enzymes which break down the food that we eat into the parts that the body can use.

I hope that by exploring these options you can find more answers.  Let us know if you have any more questions.
