To really answer your question correctly, I would need to know the following:
-- Are your cycles regular?
-- When you have your periods, how long do they usually last?
-- When was the date of your last period?
-- What days did you have unprotected sex, if you know?
Yes, the short answer is that it would be possible. It's unlikely, but possible. Sometimes when a pregnancy occurs, you get a light spotting around the time of implantation or around the time you would normally have your period. Have you taken a home pregnancy test?
