Is it possible for me to be pregnant after washing myself with my hand that have dried with water

I was on my 3rd day of my period that time. I gave a handjob to my boyfriend and he ejaculated. He wiped it off to his sweat pants after. You cannot get pregnant from this scenario. By then, any ejaculate was dry and you washed. Pregnancy happens when you have unprotected intercourse and the man ejaculates inside you.
