Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
July 16, 2016 - 11:59pmTo increase your chances of pregnancy I suggest that you track your ovulation days. You have a small window each month of the greatest fertility during ovulation. Often times an irregular period can cause difficultly in getting pregnant. In this case most doctors recommend that you take birth control pills for a short while to regulate your period. Then once your period is regular, stop taking them and try again to become pregnant.
I hope that helps.
