Yes there is a possibility of pre-ejaculation (before he even pulled out the first time) and if he wasn't entirely done when you had sex the second time as well.
Any time sex is involved without the use of any contraceptive method, there is always the possibility of pregnancy. Nothing is guaranteed and when we take a chance it is good to be aware of the possibilities.
