Guide

Hi, Anon.

Having a regular cycle means that the interval between periods is consistent. For many women, it’s usually 28 days, but depending on the individual woman, can range from every 20 to every 35 days. As for the stop and resume in flow, the uterine lining doesn't always separate at a steady pace, you can have a lighter day and then have a heavier one near the end. As long as your period lasts 3-7 days or so, the day-to-day variations in flow are normal and can change. Of course, if you are still concerned about it, speak to your doctor.
