My Gf told me to ask this question here. Last friday was her 4th day after her period has ended. We had some anal and oral intercourse that day. Later on Sunday morning, she found some spotting on her underwear. She got confused at first. The blood was just three little blood stains and it stopped. And yesterday, marks her 6th day after her period has ended. Then she realised the spotting came again. It stopped again yesterday. Now she got really confused and is afraid that she is pregnant. Can someone who is an expert explain this situation for me and my gf? Thanks!

Hello Jeffery Lim,

Welcome again. I see that you have posted this concern two days ago and received a reply.

There is no risk for pregnancy with anal and oral sex. To understand how pregnancy happens, you and your girlfriend should look at this slideshow, "Am I Pregnant? Myths and Facts About Sex"

It is very likely the spotting is any remaining blood left from her period. Now, if the spotting was on the part of her underwear closer to her rectum, it could be the result of irritation from anal sex. If the spotting persists or worsens, she needs to speak with her physician. This cannot be diagnosed over the internet.
