My partner and I had dry sex.I had my jeans and underwear and he was in his boxer he was rubbing and he ejaculated but there are no spots on my jeans are there any chances of pregnancy?

There are no chances of you getting pregnant by having dry sex. You do not need to worry unless you have intercourse-if you decide to have sex you will need to use a condom and birth control to avoid pregnancy.
