Is this my period

Hello
I was wondering if this was my period
I got it a day earlier than expected it lasted about 4-5 days
On day one the bleeding was heavy filling almost 2 pads
Day 2 still heavy filling about 2 and a half pads
Day 3 was more like day 1 filling 1 and a half pads
Day 4 was light filling about a quarter of a pad
And day 5 there was 2 spots on the pad
The blood colour was red
I had cramps on the first two days and milder cramping on day 3

I was asking if this is my period or could be implantation bleeding as me and my boyfriend had protected vaginal sex about 3 weeks ago
As I have read implantation bleeding can be red it can have cramps and it can be heavy
Also my bleeding had some tissue in it like not a lot but there was a fair bit
