Your risk of pregnancy is extremely low but the risk of pregnancy after a tubal gets higher as the years go by. 

Still, you only have a tiny risk, about 13 out of every 1000 women will get pregnant. 

You are more likely to be late - could be for any reason. If you are over 40, it's more likely due to age than anything else. A pregnancy test can confirm this for you.
