Hi,
Is there any chance of pregnancy if my bf ejaculated on my leg (he didnt have a condom or underwear), without penetration, but he kinda touched me under my underwear with his member.
I had my underwear on when he came

There was no risk for pregnancy if he did not penetrate and ejaculate in your vagina.
There is a concern that if some semen remained on his penis when he "touched you under your underwear", sperm could have come in contact with your vulva and labia. Low risk but sperm can swim into the vagina that way.
