HI again so umm I was wondering could sex throw off my period?? The first 2 times we had sex it was after my period and then my next period came on the next month as usual but this time we did it a few days before so could that have thrown it off plus stress??

The delay (after sex) if any, is due to the higher surge of hormones that you may experience during arousal/intercourse - perhaps causing a delay of 1-2 days. Stress can also be a factor.
