Guide

Hi Anon,

Thank you for sharing your question with the EmpowHER community.

Tingling in the feet (toes) and hands (fingers) can be a common occurance. Some instances are benign and temporary, while other cases are severe, episodic and chronic and often time has other symptoms like : pain, itching and numbness. The later can be a sign of nerve damage.

Go and get yourself checked out to determine where you stand.

I hope this helps.

Be well,
~Gillette
