My boyfriend and I were dry humping and he wore boxers and basketball shorts. I wore underwear and leggings. He didn't ejaculate, but he did notice that he had some pre cm in his underwear afterward. He doesn't believe in masturbating, and I've read through so many websites, and I know there is a chance, but a slim one at that. But I'm at least a week, or less than, late for my period. What are my chances of being pregnant? or do you think my period is late due to other reasons e.g stress, diet, etc.

There was no risk for pregnancy because you and your boyfriend were wearing clothes, at least below the waist. The sperm in semen cannot pass through fabric.
Other factors, particularly stress, can be the reason your period is late. Try to relax. If it doesn't start in the next week, take a pregnancy test. Seeing the result may give you peace of mind.
