hi, i dint had my periods last 7 days , on June 25 which is my periods day I had a meet with my bf but we dint do sex ,only he rub on my ..... now prob I am facing is not having periods seens last 7 days did I got pregnant or not if i got then what is solution to avoid plzzz help me

Thank you for your question.

If you have not had unprotected sex, then you don't have to worry about pregnancy. If your menstrual cycle is late, you could be experiencing an irregular menstrual cycle which is pretty normal for women to experience at some point.

Again, if you have not engaged in unprotected sex, then there is nothing to avoid.
